Belinda Locke-Reese

Belinda is a full-time Realtor, licensed in Maryland since 2009 and currently located in the Bowie, Maryland office of Samson Properties. She works throughout Prince Georges, Anne Arundel, Howard, Baltimore, and Montgomery Counties in Maryland.

Over the years she has gained a wealth of experience working with real estate buyers, sellers, and investors and continues to extend her real estate expertise through completion of advanced designations and real estate education inclusive of the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS); Broker Price Opinion (BPOR); Certified Negotiation Education (CNE); Certified Probate Specialist (CPS); and the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Additionally, she has gained extensive experience helping sellers through various life transition situations including short-sales and pre-foreclosures, executors selling real estate going through probate, seniors downsizing, and the elderly selling to transition to senior care environments.

Belinda recognizes that working with life-experienced senior clientele going through some of life’s most challenging transitions typically involves more moving parts and requires a network of supportive services. She continually strives to establish and work through a network of other professionals that support successful outcomes. Her business model is one of patience, communication, focus on each client’s situation, and delivering their desired outcomes.
