Pat’s journey as a real estate professional is marked by a deep commitment to serving her clients with expertise and compassion. Recognizing the importance of specialized knowledge in her field, Pat made it a priority to obtain both the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designations, ensuring she could provide the highest level of service to her clients.

Seeing the profound need in our community for specialists in senior living, Pat's passion for helping families navigate life-changing decisions blossomed. Her personal journey began when her father was diagnosed with dementia. Pat and her family faced the challenges head-on, adding on to her son's house and hiring a daytime sitter while rotating care during nights and weekends. This experience highlighted the critical need for expertise in senior living, prompting Pat to earn the SRES® designation to better assist other families in similar situations.

With over 30 years of experience in Accounting and Customer Service within the Trucking, Oil, and Electrical Power industries in Mississippi, Pat brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role as a REALTOR®. Alongside her husband, Phil Madden, Pat writes the "Senior Sojourns" column for Regatta Bay Stroll magazine, offering valuable insights into Emerald Coast living.

Pat's deep respect for the military stems from her upbringing as the daughter of a 22-year Navy Seabee who served in three wars. Her family resided stateside while he was stationed abroad, instilling in her a profound appreciation for the sacrifices made by military families.
