Jennifer Baukol

Jennifer Martire Baukol has held her New York State Real Estate Salesperson license since 2011. She is a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES). Focusing on the special needs of the 50+ real estate market. She is has merged her healthcare background, financial and real estate into one. Making her a valued resource asset to any buyer or seller.

Jennifer was the founder of an award-winning home healthcare agency, which she successfully sold in 2021. It was one of the leading top private pay home care agencies in the area. Jennifer’s vision of bringing integrity back to the home care industry made the company successful. She wanted to provide compassionate home health care after experiencing the despair of watching both her uncle and grandfather’s declining health. Experiencing the challenges and stressfulness of navigating the resources firsthand.

Currently being the caretaker for her grandmother she understands the importance of high-touch care and focuses on the clients and their families. Putting their needs and the caregivers' needs first. Understanding the stresses of aging, living with a disability, and the complexities of navigating all of the resources out there to families, Jennifer envisioned “A Solution 4”. A place/resource for families as they care for themselves and/or their loved ones. With over 20 years of experience and expertise in the industry, it makes Jennifer a valuable source of knowledge and a relentless patient advocate.

Jennifer was awarded the 2019 Business Council of Westchester Rising Star award based on her business accomplishments. Jennifer is a visionary with a track record of driving innovation and growth. Jennifer has always possessed an entrepreneurial spirit which stems from her experience launching successful business ventures.

In addition to her business ventures, Jennifer is active in supporting other local organizations. She has an active role in her children's school and PTA. She volunteers for Sharp Again Natural to help bring the non-profit more exposure and spread its mission of brain health. She is a motivator for young adults while coaching JV soccer at her alumni, School of the Holy Child. A role model empowering these young women to achieve their personal goals on and off the field. Throughout her entire life, her overall focus has been helping others.

Born and raised in Westchester County, New York, Jennifer holds a BS in Business and an MBA from Sacred Heart University. She grew up in Westchester County, NY, and now lives there with her husband, small dog “Gnocchi” and three small children who all enjoy their great-grandma’s weekly Italian homemade “Pizza Friday” dinners.
