Nechelle Robinson

Born and raised in Baltimore, Nechelle thoroughly understands the numerous benefits of living in Maryland. She graduated from Towson (State) University with a Master’s Degree in Speech/Language Pathology, and went on to work in Nursing homes and hospitals across the state. Kindness and consideration were the heart of her career. Several years later, Nechelle left the industry and soon after became a Real Estate Agent. Nothing could have been more appropriate. She is a fierce advocate for her clients because she takes the time to listen and fully understand what they want, what they need, and even what they dream.
As an agent for buyers and sellers, Nechelle has a network of connections to assist in all areas of the real estate transaction. Preparing a client's property for the market takes honesty and integrity, coupled with tenacity and a problem-solver mindset. Nechelle will coordinate all facets of the move, from minor repairs to negotiating with contractors. She knows how to work with clients deployed or out-of-state, and can help find and screen agents around the world to assist anyone in a real estate transaction. From purchases to rentals, Nechelle is a strong negotiator, who is accessible and always reachable. She is considered a Relocation specialist, a Short Sale/Foreclosure resource specialist, and a mentor and trainer for new agents.
Highly regarded by her clients, she is also a valued colleague and respected by her peers. A member of a Top 10 Team in the Mid-Atlantic; The Diane Donohue Team of Monument Sotheby's International Realty, as well as a member of the Senior Agent Council at Sotheby's and a lifetime member of REMDA and Hadassah, she enjoys music, comedy, travel (especially cruising), and spending time with her beautiful family. Nechelle is married to her best friend of 28 years, Scott, and is the mother of two daughters who are wonderful young women. She also has two “captivating” dogs that she will happily discuss if asked.
