Timothy Helmuth

Timothy’s family moved from Buffalo, NY to Sarasota, FL when he was 5 years old. He grew up in Sarasota, and Loved the waterfront and nature that was available there. In 1999, along with his wife and 2 children, they moved to Hernando County to work at Lakewood Retreat. After serving there for 3 years, it was time to move on. They had fallen in love with the Nature Coast and the slower lifestyle that it affords, not to mention that housing is much more affordable than in Sarasota.
Timothy has been a Tradesman for most of his working life. He has worked in new home construction, remodeling, HVAC as well as being a Master Auto Technician. These skills should prove invaluable in advising you while searching for your next home or in preparing your home for sale.
Timothy transitioned from Auto Repair into Real Estate Photography in late 2021 and began his career as a Real Estate Agent in April, 2022. When he sets his mind on something he goes at it full force. An example of this is that he went from deciding to become an agent to passing his licensure exam in just 4 weeks. A feat that usually takes people 2 to 5 months to complete. He will use that same tenacity when working with you, whether it is selling your home or finding you the perfect next home.
