Serving clients for over 20 years, and a 55+ member herself, Florida native, Gwyn Ice, has both personal and professional knowledge of the real estate market.
Gwyn has assisted in countless transactions as a Realtor, but she has also been on the other side of the real estate process. She has moved a total of 19 times in her life, four of which were custom, new construction homes with Jacksonville builders. This extensive experience as a Realtor and homeowner results in a seamless transaction for buyers and sellers alike. She can also relay experiences that have helped mature clients with their own transition in life as well as handling someone dear to them move on to another phase of life, whether that be transitioning into assisted living, or having a deed prepared for the best outcome for the family.
With a background focused primarily in the tax industry, Gwyn has always been motivated by assisting others with savvy financial decisions.
