I am a very detail oriented person who likes to uncover all the possibilities when people are searching for a home. I know that this is an important decision and I have the patience to keep working with a customer who needs to take their time to find the “perfect” home. On the flip side – I can be very intense and high energy for the customer who wants to look at few homes and make a purchase in a specific time frame. My customers are my top priority and I show it by being very responsive to phone calls and emails. I am also an experienced boat owner and know what to look for when buying or selling waterfront property – from navigable waterways, bulkheads, docks, boat lifts and tidal swings – I have the experience to properly represent a customer looking to market or purchase their waterfront investment. I live in a marina community and would happily take a customer to see their potential home by water so there can truly appreciate the “front side of the home” as it is meant to be experienced.
