Sheila Mendell

I am a southern girl through and through, born and raised in Georgia where we work hard, tell the truth, keep our promises, value a job well done, and think of others before ourselves. I am so thankful to have these values as part of my DNA.

One of my top core values is giving every customer and client excellent and personal service. The “personal” is important to me, as everyone’s needs, personality, and situations are different. Equally important to me is protecting the best interest of my customers and clients.

One of the people groups I have a passion to serve is our mature members of society (55+). I happen to be one of them! As chance would have it, I have had the opportunity to help my fellow matures meet their Real Estate needs from downsizing to making a transition closer to family. Along with a strong team of professionals form lenders to downsizing solution experts, it is our goal to make your move as seamless as possible.

As a member of NAR (National Association of Realtors), FAR (Florida Association of Realtors), and WPB (West Pasco Board of Realtors), I am governed by a higher code of ethics. Being a part of these organizations also keeps me updated on an ever-changing industry so I can in turn keep my customers and clients updated.

In closing, I must put a plug in for my brokerage, Future Home Realty, a fast-growing premier company in our area. We are a brokerage of 1400+ cooperating agents. We believe in proficiency, excellence, and helping one another on the behalf our customers and clients…and I would not have it any other way.
