Rebecca Forbes

Rebecca was born in Cincinnati, Ohio but has lived in Jacksonville since 1979. She proudly calls this beautiful city her hometown. Rebecca and her husband, Tom, have been married for 27 years and have three children.

In 1993 Rebecca received a B.S. Ed from Georgia Southern University and began a long career in education. She made her dream of being a Realtor into a reality when she earned her real estate license in 2016.

What makes Rebecca unique in helping seniors and their families, is that she has been there herself. She helped care for her aging parents, assisted them in downsizing, moved her father into memory care, and eventually sold their home and belongings. She understands how to help make the big decisions for the best results. Rebecca enjoys working with seniors to achieve their real estate goals whether it is finding a vacation home, an active adult community, downsizing, or aging in place. She often finds that her clients become long time friends. Rebecca’s dedication to making plans, being organized, and attention to detail are what make her the perfect asset in buying or selling your home.

Helping others is her passion and she has a servants heart. Rebecca has been involved in Big Brothers and Sisters of America, Family Promise, and founded a local mentoring program for mothers. She looks forward to the opportunity to serve your real estate needs
