Katerina Erhard

Katerina is a 2005 graduate of University of Maryland (Go Terps!) where she received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and General Business. After graduation, Katerina pursued her real estate license to carry on the family business with her mother, Eva May, a 30 year experienced Realtor. In August 2005, Katerina launched her real estate career where she began her specialization in first time buyers and marketing. That eventually led to a 10 year partnership with her mother among the country's largest real estate brokerages with positions as Marketing Specialist, Lead Buyers Agent, Listing Consultant, Transaction Coordinator, and Property Manager.

Today Katerina May Erhard is the Broker/Owner of 4th Colony Realty, a full-time and full service real estate brokerage located in Gambrills, Maryland. She is also the Broker/Owner of Oikos Management, LLC a full-time property management company located in Gambrills, Maryland.
