Training as a REALTOR® in some specialized areas can really add value to the service I offer. For instance I am a certified Pricing Strategist Advisor (PSA®) for both buyers and sellers as well as a certified Real Estate Staging Expert (RESE®) and most currently the National Board of Realtors (NAR) has awarded me with the "GREEN" Designation that affords me unique skills in making sure all facets of buying and selling a home concentrates on the value of energy efficient qualities as well as strategic thinking for resell or appreciable value that can help sellers and buyers make and/or save more money. We all know that a lot of people use a real estate agent recommended by friends or family and that is commendable. Hopefully I have shed light on the fact that when making an important & life changing decision to sell or buy a home, taking into account some of what I have mentioned above might lead to enlisting my help in your plans.
