Having personally bought, owned and sold many of my own homes, I have first-hand knowledge of the impact moving can have on individuals and families. My professional real estate expertise includes successfully selling general real estate as a Realtor, working for local builders selling new construction homes, and relocations. This same approach allowed me to develop a successful real estate career in the Cincinnati, OH, area before my family and I were given the opportunity to relocate to central Florida. Happily having left the cold weather behind, I continue to help buyers and sellers in The Villages, FL, and surrounding areas, realize their homeownership goals.
