Having been in the Real Estate Industry 30 years I was recently so inspired when I completed a course for Senior Real Estate Specialist which offered a formidable baseline to better serve my over 55 age clients. There were discussions of the many circumstances and potential resources geared for seniors and their families. Of course, financial situations are one of the major concerns, since now one may be retired and on a fixed income and many times seniors are better served staying in their current home, in which case, there are outside resources to assist them as well. Obviously, the more knowledge you have it will allow for the best decision for your circumstance. Certainly, I look forward to assisting seniors as they envision making a move. However, I'm a firm believer that projected plans should be made early to avoid a sudden decision which could uproot one from their normal pattern of life and forced to be in a very compromised situation. I look forward to offering my Real Estate experience and provide contact information for other similarly-trained professional in other areas of decision making.
