After starting in Real Estate in 2003 as an investor, I became an agent in 2006, assisting sellers as well as buyers with first time home purchases, second homes and investment property purchases. In 2007, I became a licensed Title Insurance Producer so that I could take on the task of closing loans. That license coupled with a degree in Paralegal Studies, helped with broadening my understanding about the issues that can come into play selling vacation homes, investment properties, and properties involved in Probate issues. While assisting a gentleman with the downsizing and assisted living process whose wife was in the latter stages of Alzheimer's, I embraced the concerns that baby boomers have when giving up their life homes, losing spouses, and re-connecting to a new and/or different environment. That process prompted me to become specialized in assisting baby boomers and their parents to transition to their next 'phase' with ease, and without worry. I've Partnered with Rightsize Move, LLC and other professionals to ensure that we offer the smoothest life stage transition possible for our clients in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
