Anand Patel

Anand Patel is a Tampa Bay area real estate developer, investor and broker with interests in blockchain business applications, real estate technology, senior living / active adult communities and self-storage facilities.

He is president of Pangea Development Group, with a focus on commercial real estate development and investments throughout Florida; Pangea Realty Group (PRG) a Tampa-based commercial & residential real estate brokerage; and Pangea Venture Group, which focuses on investing in start-ups and companies in various stages of growth both domestically and internationally.

As a developer, Anand and his group have built office parks, retail centers and self-storage facilities around central Florida. He is also a licensed General Contractor in Florida allowing him to build some of his group's commercial projects in-house.

Mr. Patel has worked with hundreds of active adults from around the country and the world in exclusively marketing the 55+ niche luxury active adult community, Anand Vihar, located in Tampa Bay, Florida with plans to expand into Dallas, Texas and other states in the near future.
