I am a full-time, full-service agent helping seniors with either downsizing and reorienting to Active 55+ communities or helping families of seniors sell the family home, allowing for transition to assisted living. I am member of the Maryland Senior Resource Network (MSRN) which allows me to provided vetted (all members must have a current background check) referrals when needed for aspects beyond the scope of actually selling the property.
