Dawn Kay

Dawn has more than 38 years of real estate experience in the Tampa Bay market.  She was a managing broker for 27 years, an Education and Training Director for Agents and Managers for 4 years, Manager Liaison for 2 years, and is currently a Management Consultant with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group.  A graduate of the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Dawn earned her degrees in Speech Pathology and Audiology, Communication Disorders and Special Education.  She has been a resident of Carrollwood, Carrollwood Village, and Cheval since 1979.
