Continuously licensed since 1978. My focus is on my clients specific needs and desires. I work with only a limited number of clients at a time so as to devote my personal attention to details in order to acieve desired results for my client. My real estate career has been focused on education and diversity. Besides my SRES designation, I am also an ABR “Accredited Buyers Representative”, a GRI “Graduate of the Realtors Institute” and a CNHS “Certified New Home Specialist”. My experiences were further enhanced by my various advanced training and association with organizations like Century 21, RE MAX, ERA, Prudential, etc. The area in which I serve has been touted as one of the most desirable to live in and retire to in the United States (As Recently Noted in Where To Retire Magazine) with it’s moderate climate, low property taxes and proximity to the beautiful white sand beaches of The Gulf of Mexico.
