How to Earn Your SRES®

EARN YOUR SRES® DESIGNATION

The foundation of the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation is a two-day course which is offered online and in-person so you can learn at the pace that works with your busy schedule. Once you’ve completed the course, you’ll be able to apply for the designation.

2 EASY STEPS TO EARN THE SRES® DESIGNATION

Show clients that you specialize in helping buyers and sellers over age 50 by earning the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation.

There are 2 simple steps:

STEP 1. Complete the official two-day SRES® Designation Course.

  • Available online and taken at your own pace through the Center for REALTOR® Development for $310 ($620 for non-members). For the online course only, an exam is required with a passing score of 80% or better.
  • Available in a live classroom setting through CRD-licensed course providers (includes live virtual option). Cost varies by provider. Search for courses near you.
