About SRES®

The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation is presented by the Center for REALTOR® Development (CRD). CRD is devoted to lifelong learning, career advancement, and specialized credentials for real estate professionals.

With 10+ designations and certifications, an award-winning podcast, and educational events, there is a learning experience for every real estate professional. CRD has educational offerings in nearly every real estate niche, from buyer representation to emerging technology and short sales. In addition, courses are offered online and in-person classroom formats for you to choose which style best fits your schedule.

The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation is for real estate professionals who have a passion for working with clients over age 50 and want to take their service to the next level.

Agents that pursue the SRES® designation will learn to:
